Issue and archive invoices, contracts, Non-disclosure agreements and other tax or legal documents relevant to the mission you entrust us with.

Communicate and cooperate with you for the purposes of the mission you have entrusted us with, including any feedback once the mission comes to an end.

On rare occasions, send you newsletters, messages and other promotional material about new activities and services that may interest you.
BDLP ensures that your data is not used for any other purpose nor passed on to a third person or company without your prior notification and consent other than to comply with lawful requests by a competent authority or law enforcement agency.

You may, at any time, withdraw your consent to being contacted for promotional reasons by BDLP by contacting us or by clicking on the relevant link at the bottom of each promotional message.

BDLP will file your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer filing period is lawfully required by a competent authority or law enforcement agency.

To request BDLP undertake any of the above you can contact us by any means provided in paragraph 1. BDLP will promptly examine your request against the relevant requirements of the GDPR and will answer within 30 days. If for reasons of complexity of the request or a multitude of requests, BDLP is unable to respond promptly, you will be notified of any delay, which in no case may exceed two months from the expiration of the original 30-day deadline. It is possible that BDLP may ask you to provide identification to avoid revealing personal data to an unauthorised third party.
